
Ayurveda is the sister science of Yoga. The ayurvedic system looks at the whole individual and the environment in which one lives. Through gaining an understanding of, and determining your dosha (constitution), we can apply the appropriate tools from both ayurveda and yoga to support a well-balanced healthy lifestyle.
These tools include, but are not limited to, understanding your daily habits and routines as well as mood/energetic and sleep patterns, observing seasonal shifts, dietary recommendations, movement, meditation, breathwork, ayurvedic aromatherapy and self-massage.
